Lambton Generating Station

We successfully completed the demolition of a former coal-fired generating station in Courtright, Ontario. As part of the process, we shipped all recovered materials to licensed facilities. Meanwhile, we crushed the concrete rubble on-site for reuse, promoting sustainability and reducing landfill waste.

November 2020 – March 2023

London Psychiatric Hospital

We successfully decommissioned and demolished eight buildings at the London Psychiatric Hospital, covering more than 130,000 square feet. To complete the work safely, our team developed a detailed plan addressing hazardous materials. In addition, we implemented sustainable practices throughout the project. At every stage, we followed engineered safety guidelines and ensured full regulatory compliance.

Nanticoke Generating Station

We managed the safe decommissioning and demolition of the Nanticoke Generating Station for Ontario Power Generation. Once the largest coal-fired facility in North America, the 4,000 MW station was built between 1967 and 1978. It was officially decommissioned in 2013. Throughout the multi-year project, we prioritized safety, environmental responsibility, and full regulatory compliance.

Olympic Stadium

Over a six-month period, we removed precast panels and glazing from the Olympic Stadium Tower in Montreal, Quebec. This work marked a critical step in the full renovation of the iconic structure. Standing at 541 feet, it remains the tallest inclined tower in the world.

Oakville Trafalgar Hospital

The Town of Oakville contracted us to decommission and demolish the former Oakville Trafalgar Hospital complex. This included both the main hospital building and a secondary office structure. Because the site was located near a residential community, we placed strong emphasis on careful planning and safe execution. Throughout the project, we ensured full compliance with local regulations to protect public safety.

Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) contracted us to manage the full decommissioning and dismantling of the former Mirabel Airport, located north of Montréal. As general contractor, Delsan-AIM coordinated closely with multiple trades to prepare the site. This included disconnecting, relocating, and capping electrical, mechanical, and communication services ahead of demolition.
