Simcoe Buildings Demo
We’ve been awarded by BCP to perform demolition and asbestos/mold abatement across five properties on Simcoe Street South in Oshawa in support of Metrolinx’s rail-corridor widening, with work starting in the coming weeks. The scope covers residential and commercial structures—including a former Tim Hortons—and includes specialized procedures such as outdoor Type 3 asbestos work, roof-flashing mastic removal, and mold remediation. Sequenced operations will include selective hand demolition, machine demolition, and the safe crane-lowering of a rooftop billboard after adjacent structures are removed.

2421 New St, Burlington
We’ve been awarded a demolition and decommissioning project at 2421 New St in Burlington, covering two structures with a combined footprint of 16,500 ft². Our work will include asbestos and hazardous material abatement, followed by selective demolition and full waste-stream management. Specialized procedures—such as controlled removal of designated substances and material segregation for maximum recycling—will be carried out in accordance with strict environmental and safety standards. Operations will progress in sequenced phases to ensure minimal disruption to the surrounding community while maintaining safe access for workers and equipment.

601 – 607 Milner Avenue
We decommissioned and demolished a large warehouse and an adjoining office building near a 16-lane highway in Toronto, Ontario.
The two-storey office building had a 14,400 ft² footprint and included reinforced concrete walls, foundations, and steel framing with precast concrete exterior panels.
The 256,700 ft² warehouse connected to the office via a walkway. Moreover, it featured reinforced concrete foundations, grade slabs, and precast framing for the second floor and roof. We also used precast panels for the exterior.

601 – 607 Milner Avenue
We decommissioned and demolished a large warehouse and an adjoining office building near a 16-lane highway in Toronto, Ontario.
The two-storey office building had a 14,400 ft² footprint and included reinforced concrete walls, foundations, and steel framing with precast concrete exterior panels.
The 256,700 ft² warehouse connected to the office via a walkway. Moreover, it featured reinforced concrete foundations, grade slabs, and precast framing for the second floor and roof. We also used precast panels for the exterior.
April 2022 – February 2023
541 Kipling Avenue
Our team decommissioned and demolished a 432,000 ft² single-storey warehouse (24.5 ft high) and a 2,300 ft² ancillary building (15 ft high).
The warehouse included mezzanine floors and used a steel frame. In addition, it featured a metal deck roof supported by open-web steel joists and precast panel exterior walls.
The ancillary building also used precast framing and a precast roofing system. To protect nearby infrastructure, we safeguarded a railway spur line north of the buildings throughout the demolition process.

541 Kipling Avenue
Our team decommissioned and demolished a 432,000 ft² single-storey warehouse (24.5 ft high) and a 2,300 ft² ancillary building (15 ft high).
