CIVAL PROJECTS
Champlain Bridge
We played a key role in decommissioning and demolishing Montreal’s Champlain Bridge, a vital link built between 1957 and 1962 that handled 50 million crossings annually. In collaboration with JCCBI, the project prioritized worker, public, and environmental safety while dismantling the aging structure. Following the bridge’s closure in 2019 after the completion of a new span, deconstruction began in 2020 with meticulous engineering to protect the environment and surrounding infrastructure.
