601 – 607 Milner Avenue

We decommissioned and demolished a large warehouse and an adjoining office building near a 16-lane highway in Toronto, Ontario.
The two-storey office building had a 14,400 ft² footprint and included reinforced concrete walls, foundations, and steel framing with precast concrete exterior panels.

The 256,700 ft² warehouse connected to the office via a walkway. Moreover, it featured reinforced concrete foundations, grade slabs, and precast framing for the second floor and roof. We also used precast panels for the exterior.

541 Kipling Avenue

Our team decommissioned and demolished a 432,000 ft² single-storey warehouse (24.5 ft high) and a 2,300 ft² ancillary building (15 ft high).
The warehouse included mezzanine floors and used a steel frame. In addition, it featured a metal deck roof supported by open-web steel joists and precast panel exterior walls.

The ancillary building also used precast framing and a precast roofing system. To protect nearby infrastructure, we safeguarded a railway spur line north of the buildings throughout the demolition process.
